Sponsorship Opportunities for the “Rock For Your Life” Music Festival

 The Rock For Your Life Music Festival is an Oneonta based festival to fundraise for the fight against cancer and other diseases. All profits go to a charity of choice; this year the charity is the Susan G. Komen Foundation.  Oneonta has a rich music scene and the Rock to Cure group at Oneonta has raised funds with similar events in the past. Life Fest is attempting this on a bigger scale for bigger results.  Life Fest plans to be in the town, reaching the market of the local townspeople and students at both SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick, reaching out to over 10,000 people, and hoping to see at least 1500 for the event.  Sponsors of similar events in the past who would be likely to rejoin this effort include Oneonta Auxiliary Services, Tino’s Pizzeria, Ruffino’s Pizzeria, and Wal-Mart, Hannaford, and other local organizations.  Life Fest plans to launch this year with backing of groups with similar aspirations and experiences
