Cohort Year Trending Dashboard  Change display to exclude zero for non-reported months when no SCHPR1 or Servicer files are loaded.  Old display:  New display: 3

Gainful Employment: File Import  GE Data Extract File (GENEX1) allows request for ad-hoc extract of Gainful Employment data supplied by institution and captured on NSLDS. –GENEX1 may be imported into USA Funds Borrower Connect to display and report pCDR information. –File requested via NSLDS is GENEX1; file returned via Edconnect is AHSCDEOP. –File import instructions provided in Resource Center at –New file Type added to import process: CIP GENEX1. 4

Gainful Employment: pCDR Report  New CIP Code Delinquency Aging Report. –CIP Code Delinquency Aging Report provides borrower-level program code delinquency information and forecasts best- and worst-case default rates for selected CIP codes by organization, six- or eight-digit OPEID. 5

Gainful Employment: pCDR Report 6  CIP Code Delinquency Aging Report Results. –For each program code, report provides the following:  Number of borrowers in program.  Repayment status, whether current, delinquent or defaulted.  Best- and worst-case default rate.  Number and percent of borrowers delinquent.

Gainful Employment: pCDR Display  New CIP Tab on the Borrower Detail Screen. –New CIP fields: Award Year, Program Name, CIP Code Title and Update. –Expanding field will display the following: Credential Level, Medical/Dental Internship, Program Attend Begin Date, Program Attend Begin Date for Award Year, Program Attendance Status, Program Attendance End Date, Private Loan Amount, Tuition and Fees Amount. 7

Technical Defaults  NSLDS reports borrower’s loan status as defaulted once loan is past 271 days delinquent. –Borrower’s loans that are days delinquent are considered technically defaulted. –Technically defaulted borrowers can continue to be called and their account can be brought current. –Borrower’s loans that are 360 days or more delinquent are considered defaulted. –Defaulted borrowers must go through a rehabilitation process to resolve default and become current.  USA Funds Borrower Connect will place accounts that are technically defaulted ( days delinquent) in the delinquency category instead of defaulted status. 9

Miscellaneous Changes  Campaign Effectiveness Report: Cohort year filter. –New: Report can be filtered to run for single, multiple or all active cohort years; No longer tied to configuration setting. –Previous: Report can be filtered to run for single, multiple or all active cohort years based on how campaign was configured.  Change PHEAA to FedLoan Servicing throughout tool.  Added additional CIP fields to the Borrower Export file.  Added additional loan fields to the Loan Export file.  Updated all report “End Date” filters to use a timestamp of 11:59:59 PM instead of 12:00:00AM. 10

Miscellaneous Changes  Modified file import process to allow files to be imported as.txt and not converted to csv.  Following files are impacted: –Nsight SPLP file format can be imported in original.txt format and no longer needs to be converted to csv. –Sallie Mae EPAW and UPAW file formats can be imported in original.txt formats and no longer need to be converted to csv.  Updated all Grace Configuration Settings to set number of days prior to repayment up to 180 days. 11
