Focus on Value – The basics of what does it mean.  A contributor would define “Focus on Value” as below: It is about the goal of creating value – for self, for family, for the team, for the organization, for customers, and for society. A Contributor aims to create value for all stakeholders (Those who are making an affective difference) in his / her life.

Exploration: This new Armani suit is Awesome! These clothes are Really comfortable !

Exploration : Non-contributors focus on the “cost” of experience Contributors focus on the “value” of experience I missed the train! All my efforts are in vain.. I learnt the value of time from this experience.
