 Check for any last minute changes  Re-read the planned schedule for the set-up  Carry a notebook  Check the arrangements between coordinator and staff

 Ensure that there is a central point of enquiry for an event  Large, long-running or VIP  Everyone should know where it is

 Make sure all items are carefully checked  Be careful to set up a controlled delivery acceptance system
