Materials Potting soil Miracle Growth 6 same 7 oz. plastic cups 3 popsicle sticks Permanent marker Fish water Measuring cup 9 kidney beans ruler

Procedure Gather materials Poke 5 holes in each cup Measured 3 ½ in. soil into each cup Dig three 1 ½ cm. holes in each cup of soil for kidney beans Labeled popsicle sticks Create Miracle Growth solution Watered plants

Results Fish water plant was the tallest at 10 inches Tap water plant was the second tallest at 8½ inches Miracle Growth was the third tallest at 8 inches
