Habitat A Giant Panda is only found in the Xifan Mountains Near Southwest China. The climate of my animal has a steep terrain, tropical bamboo forests, and snowy mountains.

Behaviors The Giant Panda eats grass and bamboo. My animal moves through undergrowth looking for fresh bamboo. A Giant Panda gives birth to live young. The giant panda can give birth up to one baby cub.

Interesting Facts Bamboo is almost 99% of the food eaten by a Panda. The Giant Panda became the symbol for the World Wide Fund for Nature. The Giant Panda’s Chinese name is Xiongmao.
