Climate in Istanbul, Turkey Istanbul has a temperate oceanic climate which is influenced by continental climate, with hot, and humid summer and cold, wet and occasionally snowy winters. Istanbul has high annual rainfall of 844 mm which is more then that of London, Dublin and Brussels, with late autumn and winter being the wettest and late summer and spring being the driest. Although late spring and summer are relatively dry when compared to the other seasons, rainfall is significant during these seasons and there is no dry season as a result.

Commentary In slide 2 I used real facts to make it sound realistic. In slide 3 I used strong adjectives to make the piece of description sound interesting. In slide 4 I used a bit of exaggeration to add a lot of detail to my description of what you can do in Turkey In slide 5 I used weather facts which gave the travellers a bit more of information about the destination
