YCI is a work and life skills programme helping vulnerable young people from disadvantaged backgrounds improve their employability YCI is a programme of the International Tourism Partnership (ITP) and Business in the Community. ITP is a membership organisation that bring together most of the world largest hotel companies to advance environmental and social responsibility within the industry What is YCI?

Our Partnership Model

Hotel Investment Staff time Leveraging existing resources Student commuting costs and basic health insurance

Hotel Role Plan a 24-week training schedule utilising YCI toolkit – 60% practical & 40% classroom Provide classroom training (e.g. computer literacy, English lessons, career development) Teach and mentor students Oversee programme and liaise with YCI regional coordinator, local NGO partner and other hotels in market
