K-20 K-20 Operations K-20 Operations Cooperative (KOCO) is staffed by University of Washington and Washington State Department of Information Services technical resources. Support is provided to the K-20 designated demarcation point and includes the following functions: Intranet/Internet Network Operations Center K-20 Help Desk for transport and switching services ISDN Network Operations K-20 Multipoint Interactive Video Scheduling and Event Coordination
