The main settings are Greg’s house and at Greg’s school. Greg’s house is a nice and fancy house that’s decorated simply. Greg’s school is an old looking middle school with a horrible play ground.

 Greg Heffley- Greg is a boy in middle school who isn’t the most popular person. He’s good-natured, easygoing, and sometimes selfish. He’s not strong at all. In fact he is kind of a twig.  Rowley Jefferson- Rowley is a slightly immature kid who has protective parents. He is Greg’s Ex-best friend. Rowley is a funny looking guy. He’s got a huge mouth and two buck teeth sticking out of it.

The biggest problem in this book is the fact that Greg and Rowley had a “BIG” fight and they are now not best friends anymore. Rowley already has a replacement friend named “Cool Brian”. It’s kind of like a big brother business. Greg’s trying, but failing to find a new best friend.

Since Greg and Rowley have been separated for a while, Greg is kind of lonely. So, Greg decides to make his first move and try to mend his friendship with his Ex- best friend Rowley. They became best friends again.

I think this book is a very funny book to read. The reason I chose this book is because I love the Diary of a Wimpy kid series, they’re hilarious. I can’t stop laughing when I’m reading it!

 Jeff is a #1 New York Times bestselling author  He’s the creator of Poptropica.com  He grew up in Washington, DC and moved to New England in 1995  He has a wife and two sons  He was named one of Time’s Magazine’s 100 most influential people in the world in 2009

 Why was Rowley so excited about his pimple? His mom told him he was becoming a man  When Greg walked in on his maid watching TV, how did he feel? Confused  Why did Greg’s mom tell Greg not to wipe away relatives kisses? She said it would be rude  Why are Greg and Rowley not friends anymore? They got into a fight  Do you think Greg is sometimes selfish with his friend? Yes, because at the beginning he’s making Rowley pull him on a skateboard like a dog even after he said he was tired

Greg and Rowley get in a fight that last for a while. They barely speak to each other. Greg goes to a boy- girl lock in at their school and there’s barely any girls there. Greg almost gets sent home after a misunderstanding with a teacher. A couple days later Greg and Rowley get invited to Jordan Jury’s party. The party just happens to be on the same date as Uncle Gary’s wedding. At the wedding,Gammie has the TALK with Greg. Later on, Greg decides to patch up his friendship with Rowley and they become best friends again.
