Exit Counseling by SSN Exit Counseling by SSN provides loan history on select borrowers Can enter up to 50 borrower SSNs into the report parameters Report provides borrowers’ entire loan history Sort: (1) SSN, DOB, Name, School Code, Disb Date, Loan Type (2) Name, SSN, DOB, School Code, Disb Date, Loan Type

Exit Counseling Provides the same information as the Exit Counseling by SSN However, the data is retrieved using different parameters/search criteria In the Exit Counseling Report enter ACD begin and end date range. This will provide the loan history on borrowers showing on NSLDS current ACD within the date range requested. Sort: (1) SSN, DOB, Name, School Code, Disb Date, Loan Type (2) Name, SSN, DOB, School Code, Disb Date, Loan Type (3) ACD, SSN, DOB, Name, School Code, Disb Date, Loan Type

Exit Counseling by SSN and Exit Counseling Use to Assist with Exit Counseling Efforts Borrower Responsibility Repayment Plan Options Choosing a Repayment Plan Deferment and Forbearance Options How does this Report Help? Use the Exit Counseling Reports to provides students with an estimated balance of Title IV loan debt. Use with Exit Counseling efforts and remind borrowers of their responsibilities as a recipient of Title Iv loan funds. Provide information to borrowers on -repayment options -consolidation -deferment/forbearance

Running and Downloading your Report Every NSLDS Logon is associated with an individual TG Number EDconnect must be associated with YOUR TG Number in order to download the report that you have run Questions should be directed to CPS/SAIG Technical Support at 1-800-330-5947

EDconnect Click the box of those file(s) you want to receive (can pick and choose), then click Save to move it to the transmission queue

EDconnect Transmission Successful.. if not, an error message will display and you may have to research it from the resource noted after the unsuccessful attempt
