Reed flute cave As one of the most numerous natural caves in Guilin,Reed Flute cave is the most noteworthy and renowned one that cannot be missed for any comers here. Reed Flute cave is situated in the northwest of Guilin,5 Kilometers away from downtown. According to the Chinese novel ” Journey to the west” the Dragon Kings magic needle that the Monkey King used as the weapon was actually the stone pillar in the cave. The cave opened to public in 1962 but was discovered in 1959 There are 77 articles on the wall of inscription. The cave is 240 meters long

Reed Flute cave is known as the palace of natural art. Reed Flute cave is enhanced by the multicolored lightning, which has been Guilin most interesting cave.
