Use this video to further enhance your presentation:

1.Open your ‘Exercise Three’ presentation and save it as ‘Exercise Four’ 2.Click the ‘View’ tab, then click in the ‘Ruler’ box 3.Click your table and drag it so that the left side aligns with either the 1 or 2 inch mark on the top screen side ruler. 4.Do the same method to align the top of your table with the upper 1 or 2 inch mark on the left screen side ruler. 5.Using the method shown in the video, resize each column to be ½ inch wide. 6.Do the same to resize each row to be ½ inch high. 7.Center the graph on the slide and save your work. Click on the ‘View’ tab and then in the ‘Gridlines’ box to help do this accurately). 8.Click on your table then click the ‘Design’ tab and then click and scroll down and select a dark design for your table. Try to coordinate the colors you pick. 9.Insert a text box, centered below the slide title, that states “For Numbers 1-9” 10.Save your work! Refer to the previous video as needed to perform these changes to your table.

1.Use Word Art to insert ‘A School Tree’ on the next slide of Exercise Four. 2. Insert a hierarchy circle Smart Art by clicking on the ‘Insert’ tab, then ‘Smart Art’, then and then. 3. Create the hierarchy of your current, or most recent, school with the principal on top, then teachers, then students or make this data up. Add one more student. Use either real of made up names. 4.Right click in each circle and select a different fill color for every circle. 5.Save and submit you Exercise Four to your instructor for grading.
