eftours.com How much does it cost? Price details Enrollment Fee $95 Program Fee $2,550 Current Departure Fees $824 All Inclusive Insurance $145 Total For Students (under 20) $3,614 For Adults $3,949 (Adult Supplement $335)

eftours.com Why is there a fee for $824 listed in the price? I’m sure you’re wondering why that’s on the summary and what a ‘departure fee’ actually is. So, what are departure fees? They are surcharges that are imposed by airlines and governmental agencies. They cover things like federal or foreign government-imposed landing fees, security fees, customs fees, baggage fees, and even airline- imposed fuel surcharges which fluctuate based on the cost of oil. We’ve seen these fees fluctuate as much as $200 in either direction. We reassess these costs as new information becomes available, and we update invoices accordingly. That way, you’ll always know exactly what we know. These fees are then finalized days prior to departure. What is a departure fee?

eftours.com What’s the All-Inclusive Insurance Plan? The optional All-Inclusive Insurance Plan covers: Tour cancellation and interruption Medical and accident Baggage and property Flight delay 24-hour access to an English-speaking representative For more information visit eftours.com/insurance or call EF’s Customer Service Department at

eftours.com How can I be sure that I’ll be safe? Chaperones Rules Behavioral contract If a traveler (student or adult) puts himself/herself or others in danger, I will send them home from our tour at the parents’ expense. Students and parents sign a behavioral contract before departure, ensuring that they understand and agree to the expectations and repercussions. The student-to-adult ratio is 6:1

eftours.com What am I responsible for having? Spending money for optional excursions, free time activities, souvenirs, beverages, lunches and snacks ($25-$50 per day) Tips for your tour director, bus driver and local guides (around $10 per day) Flexibility with departure fees (finalized 30 days prior to departure) Passport These are all necessities each traveler will be responsible for on this tour.

eftours.com Every time you leave the country, you need to have the necessary, required documentation. Valid passports are required for all travelers Passports may take up to 14 weeks to process (so apply for yours ASAP!) Visit the United States Post Office or the federal travel page to get an application Where can I can get my passport?

eftours.com How does group travel work? Group travel keeps tours affordable, allowing more students to see the world We pick our preferred travel dates, but the departure and return may shift a day or two in either direction EF finds other schools with similar preferred travel dates and locations and books us all on the same tour for a more cost- effective price The benefits? You get to meet people from other parts of the country and make friendships that last a lifetime. Traveling with EF video
