PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS AVOID APPEARANCES OF FAVORITISM A NOAA EMPLOYEE MAY NOT WORK ON A GRANT OR APPLICATION FROM AN ORGANIZATION IN WHICH THE EMPLOYEE IS ACTIVE OR HOLDS A POSITION
