Introduction to Ayurveda Three Part Series ॐ Jazell Choi-Andujar Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner

Introduction to Ayurveda Syllabus This course will serve to introduction Ayurveda to the general public. The class will be dedicated to teaching the basic concepts of the Ayurvedic holistic health system. The course will provide students with information about their own constitution and dosha. Special focus will be given upon applying the principals of the system in order to live a healthy and Ayurvedically balanced life.
