NEW JERSEY JCP&L Product Ambit Energy will accept JCPL orders if a Customer is on one of the following Assistance Programs: Universal Service Fund Program (USF) – Provides low-income customers a payment plan to help lower the monthly cost for electric service. Participants pay a maximum % of their total household income for electric and natural gas. USF is statewide program administered by the New Jersey Department of Human Services New Jersey Statewide Heating Assistance and Referral for Energy Services (New Jersey SHARES) – Non-profit corporation organized to provide assistance to individuals and families living in New Jersey who are in need of temporary help in paying their energy bills. This program is designed to assist customers who would otherwise have no means of assistance Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP ) – Federally funded grant program administered by the State of New Jersey Department of Human Services through a network of local community-based organizations. HEAP provides customers help with paying winter heating bills and occasionally summer cooling bills

NEW JERSEY JCP&L Product Ambit Energy will reject JCP&L orders if a Customer is on one of the following Assistance Programs and will lose the program benefits: LIFELINE – provides funding for utility bills (electric and natural gas) for qualifying disabled persons and senior citizens Please contact JCP&L for more information

NEW JERSEY PSE&G Product Ambit Energy will accept PSE&G orders if a Customer is on one of the following Assistance Programs: Temporary Relief for Utility Expenses(TRUE) – One time TRUE Grant assistance, administered by the Affordable Housing Alliance, is intended for low to middle income NJ residents who are struggling to pay their electric or natural gas bills Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) – Helps low-income people pay their winter heating bills. To qualify, your household income cannot exceed the amounts allowed in the household income table. NOTE: LIHEAP is closed from May 2nd to November 1st

NEW JERSEY PSE&G Product Ambit Energy will reject PSE&G orders if a Customer is on one of the following Assistance Programs and will lose the program benefits: Universal Service Fund Program (USF)- Provides low-income customers a payment plan to help lower the monthly cost for electric service. NEW JERSEY PSE&G Product A customer will experience an enrollment reject AND be placed on a credit hold, if: Customer is enrolled in a “consolidated billing” plan with a supplier (Ambit) that has an unpaid balance of 60+ days Placed on a 12 month credit hold Customer is PSE&G utility customer with an unpaid balance of 60+ days No 12 month credit hold, customer must pay bill in full to be released and then Ambit enrollment will be accepted

NEW JERSEY Products Ambit Energy does not accept any Assistance Programs for the following markets: New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) South Jersey Gas (SJG)

NEW JERSEY Products Budget Billing- Helps to generate an average usage and rate during peak seasons to avoid high usage and rate charges Available in JCP&L, PSE&G, and Atlantic City Electric Must enroll through the Incumbent for the delivery portion Must enroll through Ambit Energy for the supply portion How it works: A 12 month average of usage history and current gas or electricity rate is calculated (locked in for 6 months) Every 6 months, usage and rates are recalculated and any difference (rolling true up) will appear on the customer’s 7th invoice Free Energy does not apply towards settlement amount
