Wastewater Financing Options Projected Cost = $2,000,000. Normal Financing = 3% for 30 Years. – Repayment Cost per Home = $8,080 Total Potential 2012 Financing – $2,000,000 Loan at 0% for 20 Years. – Repayment Cost per Home = $5,333 Potential Saving per Home = $2,747

Wastewater Financing Options Increase Usage Fees – $34 per Month per Home for 3% Loan. – $19 per Month per Home for 0% Loan. – Voter Approval Not Required Increase Property Tax Revenue. – Same Monthly Amounts. – Voter Approval Required. – Potential Income Tax Deduction.

Summary New Water Treatment Plant In-Service. Water Loss Reduced from 40% to 10%. More Water Distribution Work in Water System Cost $3,294 per Home Less than 2006 Estimate.
