On the first day, God created the Heavens and the earth and night and day.

On the second day, God created the sky and sea.

On the third day, God created plants.

On the fourth day, God created the sun, moon, and stars.

On the fifth day, God created fish and birds.

On the sixth day, God created animals and mankind.

On the seventh day, God rested.

God created Adam from dust and put him in the Garden of Eden to care for the garden.

God tells Adam that he may eat from every tree except the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

God sees that Adam needs a helper, so he creates Eve from Adam’s rib God sees that Adam needs a helper, so he creates Eve from Adam’s rib. They were both naked and felt no shame.

The serpent tricks Eve into eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, who then gives some of the fruit to Adam.

Adam and Eve realize they are naked and are ashamed, so they cover themselves with leaves and hide from God.

God reprimands Adam and Eve for eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil and curses the serpent. He punishes Eve with painful childbirth and Adam with hard labor until he dies.

God clothed Adam and Eve and kicked them out of the Garden of Eden.
