Who is SJVM Established in 2001, St. Joe Valley Metronet, Inc. is an Indiana not for profit telecommunications infrastructure provider. SJVMs leadership is provided via a board of directors populated by the seven founding partners along with local governmental appointees. SJVM provides DARK fiber to businesses, government and cultural institutions and service providers throughout its service areas. SJVM uses over 40 miles of spare municipal conduit to install carrier grade fiber.
