PLATINUM FINANCIAL CORPORATION Business Plan

Mission Statement Platinum Financial Corporation brings together investors and businesses in strategic alliances. Alliances allow investors to put their money to work in short term collateral based loans drawing maximum interest. Businesses can find capital through private investors that understand the type of resources needed for successful growth and management typically misunderstood by bankers.

The Team CEO, Ron Webster has 25 years in the car rental and fleet financing industry. President, Dino Bavadi has 10 years experience in private real estate financing and 5 years in the car rental and fleet financing industry. CFO, Crystal Wortman has 15 years in a private accounting and tax practice specializing in small to medium businesses. She has held the position of CFO for 5 years in the car rental industry.

Market Summary In the economic climate of today, investors are looking for alternative ways of putting their capital to use. The volatility in the stock market, the banking and real estate loan crisis has left the small to medium size investor with few options to expand and grow their capital. Investors aligning themselves with businesses to provide capital is an alternative way to financial growth.

Opportunities Lending institutions (banks) pay a fraction of their interest earnings to customers. Investors having all their money in traditional accounts where banks are controlling the investments can miss opportunities to earn higher interest rates. Businesses are looking to grow and expand and require capital to do so. They are also willing to pay good interest on this capital.

Business Concept Platinum Financial Corporation helps small to medium size investors by introducing them to businesses in need of capital. Investors look at the data and decide along with Platinum Financial Corporation which businesses they will provide capital to and under what terms. Each investment is unique with its own terms and conditions. There is no “cookie cutter” mold. This allows both investors and business to benefit. Platinum Financial Corporation provides a mutual benefit to business and investors alike.

Competition There are many companies who advertise as providing the types of service that Platinum Financial provides, however, very few involve the investor in the decision making process.

Goals and Objectives Platinum Financial Corporation will provide over 15 million in funding during this year. Platinum Financial Corporation projects that it will process over 40 million in funding next year. Investors funding through Platinum Financial Corporation alliances will potentially see a 6% to 18% interest rate on their investment.

Financial Plan Platinum Financial Corporation will work with business to provide alliances that fit with their financial plan. Platinum Financial Corporation will seek alliances that provide the return and interest rate applicable to financial plans of the investor.

Resource Requirements Businesses desiring to work with Platinum Financial Corporation will need to provide necessary documentation for evaluation. Businesses must demonstrate revenues, assets, and adequate current or future resources to cover repayment of capital to investor. Investor must have liquid capital to invest.

Risks and Rewards Platinum Financial Corporation encourages alliances that minimize risk with maximum rewards. Business and Investment ventures are not without risk, however, providing opportunities to work together in options unavailable in traditional institutions may provide greater rewards. Investors can choose their own calculated and controlled risks.

Key Issues Businesses rely on capital for growth, development and expansion. Investors want a reasonable return on investment with the ability to make decisions regarding them. Platinum Financial Corporation wants to develop long term relationships with Investors and Businesses. Providing the right alliances will enable us to do so.
