Case 1.Rangarajan. Pachy less than 500microns- Lasik or Surface ablation? 46 yrs. OD: -6.0DS -0.5DC x 129 Pachy:494 OS: -5.5DS -0.5DC x 54 Pachy: 492 Risks: Lasik- Ectasia?, Surface ablation- Haze? What to do? What is the upper limit for surface ablation? Technique and role of mitomycin in preventing haze.
