Training Design Three lenses to always think about when building and delivering training: –Logos (Training should make a logical argument) –Pathos (It should connect on an emotional level) –Ethos (It must be viewed as credible) © Zenger Folkman 2014

Training Design Three questions every learner must be able to answer: –Can I do it? –Is it worth it? –Will it work? © Zenger Folkman 2014

Training Needs Analysis 9 Facilitators

Product Development at ZF We have a formal process in place to ensure quality, formalizing storytelling (via video), and making sure we pull the ethos, pathos, and logos levers. This process walks hand-in-hand with marketing. Tom has executive ownership over the product lifecycle, and we’ve identified specific development milestones that trigger marketing events. The most notable change is that we NEVER commit to a product launch date until we’ve met beta testing criteria first. © Zenger Folkman 2014

Current Testing EC 1 Day EF ½ Day Based on the feedback and observations we have remained in development and will be revising and retesting. Once we are satisfied with the beta results, we will launch into an implementation plan (triggering side-by-side marketing events culminating in a GEA date (Global English Availability).
