iPad - New Offline Password After initial login to the system, the offline version in located by clicking on the red Emergency button.
iPad - New Offline Password Enter your password that is required to enter the CrisisGo app. Click OK
iPad- New Offline Password You are now able to access the checklists, contacts, maps and roster without WIFI or Wireless 3 or 4G.
Roster Updates Access the roster by clicking on the roster icon. Then based on your permission you will see All rosters My Buildings Rosters My Class Rosters
Roster Updates To take attendance click on a student and it will mark the students in attendance. When the attendance is complete, click submit to send the attendance file to the server.
Roster Updates To contact the first emergency contact for a student on your roster, hold down the student name and the contact window will pop up and present the contact name and phone number. Press the phone number to start the call.
Roster Updates After taking attendance, click on the submit link in the upper right hand corner of the app. This box will let you add additional information about the students prior to submitting
Roster Updates When the file has been successfully delivered back to the server, you will receive a message informing you.
Notice – More powerful with Exciting New Tools The Notice Feature has been updated to send text, pictures, audio, and video.
Notice – The Text Message To Create a Text Message – Tap on the Notice Button which will bring you to the Internal Notice page. To send a message, tap on the word ‘Create’ located in the top right hand corner of the left column. If you already have a group created, you can tap the group name.
Notice – The Text Message Now you can add your text. When finished, tap the ‘Send’ Button.
Notice – The Text Message Your message will appear showing the sender and the time it was sent.
Notice – The Photo Message To take a Picture: Click on the Up arrow button located on the left hand side of the comment bar on the bottom of the page. This up arrow button looks like a circle with a ^ in the middle.
Notice – The Photo Message Tap on the Picture frame Take your picture by tapping the white circle on your iPad screen.
Notice – The Photo Message If your picture did not turn out right, you can click on the word ‘Retake’ located at the bottom of the screen in the left hand corner. If your picture turned out the way you wanted it to, and you want to send this one, click on the words ‘Use Photo’ located at the bottom of the screen in the right hand corner. Your picture will be sent.
Notice – The Photo Message You will see on your device a message with a picture frame to the left. This means that the picture was sent. If you are the receiver, you will see the same message on your screen.
Notice – Receiving the Photo If you click on this, the picture will appear.
Notice – The Video Message To create and send a video, click on the UP arrow located at the bottom of the screen – left hand side of the comments bar. Then click on the video recorder picture.
Notice – The Video Message You will see two options one on the bottom left and one on the bottom right. Click on ‘RECORD’ to create and send a new video. Or Click ‘Close’ to cancel this operation.
Notice – The Video Message You will see that the Video has been sent because there will be a video recorder next to the sender and time. The receiver will be notified that they have a video. They can click on the message and view the recording.
Notice – The Audio Message To create and send an audio message, click on the UP arrow located at the bottom of the screen – left hand side of the comments bar. Then click on the microphone picture. Record your message. Once your message is sent, The receiver will see a microphone next to the date and time the message was sent. To hear this message, click on the microphone.
