Time Implications Continued…. How long does the activity take from start to finish 24 schools spend between 30mins and 1hour 30mins on swimming in total. 10 schools take more than 1hour 30mins to complete the swimming activity. 1 school spends 3 hours carrying out swimming.
Time Implications Continued…. 15 Schools found it difficult to quantify how long it took them to prepare swimming lessons. 9 Schools said it only took about an hour. Many teachers pass on the organisation of booking coaches, pool time and collecting money from children over to office staff.
