SALES AND MARKETING Our Sales Team is here to support our customers in defining their needs and working with engineering to determine the best possible solution for your needs. Tim Kuiken is our West Coast Sales Manager Joseph Miller is our Mid West Sales Manager Michelle Englebaugh is our Inside Sales Manager Bert Garcia is our Proposals Manager We are constantly working with outside organizations such as ICAC, EPRI and our DAS providers, such as VIM, ESC, GE, as well as interfacing with local and State regulators, to ensure we are kept abreast of the latest Environmental requirements for monitoring and reporting.

CEMTEK GROUP CEMTEK GROUP: www.cemteks.com Formed in 1998 in Linden NJ with the CEMTEK Systems division in support of existing CEMS users. CEMTEK Environmental was established with a core group of personnel who have over 20years experience in the business through their association with GE/KVB/ENERTEC, in order to provide customer base with continued exceptional quality in CEMS integration. In order to further support our customers with their monitoring needs the CEMTEK Instrument division was formed with a range of analyzers to support needs for combustion optimization and post combustion process.

Individual Boiler Performance

Individual Boiler Performance Many Plants have multiple Boiler configurations feeding into a main stack. Individual Boiler outlets allows for the determination of any emissions violation at the source. Multi- Unit applications can utilize non compliant opacity monitors to detect individual excursions seen as an overall increase with the Stack Monitor. Accurate measurement of individual boiler opacity may avoid any excursion over the permitted limit imposed on the plant since detection at the onset of incomplete combustion Energy reduction measures are incrementally reduced as the opacity stays below a preset threshold. Particulate Monitoring is fast becoming the choice for Wet Stack Monitoring so that better accuracy of Scrubber efficiency can be applied to the Particulate Loading calculations for yearly output.

(Source, Process control, Inlet Monitoring and Ambient) July 4, 2006 4/19/2017 CEMTEK – Your Partner For Environmental Solutions We thank you for your continued support An Integrated Full-Service Company Serving The Engineering Firms, Utilities, IPP’S, Industrial Boilers, Petrochemical Industry and Government Sectors with Solutions for Environmental Monitoring and Reporting (Source, Process control, Inlet Monitoring and Ambient) CEMTEK has utilized a number of methods to detect ammonia in the process gases. The reliable and most cost effective method has proven to be a differential Nox measurement. To achieve this sample differential, as the sample exits the heated sample probe, the sample is split into to flow paths. One of the sample paths flows into a thermal oxidizer (900 deg.C). This thermally changes the nitrogen compounds in the sample stream to nitric oxide (NO). [2NO2--2NO +O2 & 4NH3 +5O2--4NO+6H2O]. This conversion should occur as close to the probe as practical to reduce the ammonia lose in the sample tubing. The other sample stream flow from the probe to the sample pump without treatment. The two gas streams pass through the pump to dual impinger chiller, removing the water from both streams. These gases are then applied to either one Nox analyzer or two independent Nox analyzers.
