Central Line Audits TIPQC Initiative Umbilical lines Audits should be done to monitor the adherence to the checklist Umbilical lines Every line insertion should be audited by midlevel or fellow PICC lines PICC nurse will choose Ask bedside nurse to help when called away, team effort Return completed forms to VCH fishbowl or Stahlman NNP office.

Central Line Audits Not punitive if a step is not done, please be respectful and redo the step in question or start over. We should all be doing this to ensure the highest level of care for the patient. Please support a culture of safety where all staff can catch a preventable iatrogenic mistake.
