Being Grounded Stand, feeling grounded and centered. Raise arms, breathing in the goodness of creation. Lower arms, breathing out anxiety and negativity.

Shower of Light With left foot forward, bring hands up toward you and over you, seeking the light of wisdom and strength. Repeat movement with right foot forward, seeking the blessing of light for the whole world, especially those in dark and broken places.

Circle of Oneness With left foot forward, palms down, move hands in circular motion horizontally clockwise, feeling the connection and oneness with those around you. With right foot forward, move hands counter- clockwise, feeling the connection with those you love far away and the interconnection of all life on earth.

Letting Go With left foot forward, move hands outward from chest in a pushing movement, breathing out and saying no to the negative and destructive. Pull hands back to chest breathing in and saying yes to all that gives life and makes for peace. Repeat with right foot forward, breathe out rejecting violence and injustice, breathe in strength that makes for wellbeing and peace.

Circle of Blessing With left foot forward, palms up, move hands in circular motion horizontally clockwise, offering a blessing on those around you for health in body, mind, and soul. With right foot forward, move hands counter- clockwise, offering a blessing on the wider world for healing and peace.

Centering and Offering Ourselves Stand, bring arms out to the side then up above head, breathing in the vitality of life. Bring them down in front of your chest, hands parallel in front of you with awareness of centering yourself in the grace and goodness of life. Open your hands in front of you, offering your gifts to the world.
