The title should start with your school number Select the appropriate Category

Look here for existing messages

Select a message you created or one created by ParentLink

ParentLink messages are already setup to be called in multiple languages

To record a message, follow the Audio section instructions

To record a message in multiple languages, select ADVANCE OPTIONS

**1* English **3* Spanish **8* Portuguese **9* Haitian Creole

Using synthesized speech

To record a message in multiple languages, select ADVANCE OPTIONS

Use the red Select to put groups into the right hand window

Review the Summary for accuracy. Change the Delivery Time by clicking on immediately

Change the Start and End Delivery data. Normally Fax or should not be checked.

Review the Summary data again Click on FINISHED to send message

Delivery Times Weekdays Start no earlier than 5 PM End by 9:30 PM Weekends Start no earlier than 11 AM End by 9:30 PM Emergencies No delivery time restrictions

Contact Report Enter a phone number to display any calls made to that number for the Date Range
