Can Create Calendar For: A group of employees with common work schedules An individual employee with a unique work schedule One or more positions

Identifies Hours per day for employees working nonstandard hours per day Hours per day or days of the week for employees working a nonstandard work week Hours or days that contracted employees work each month of a fiscal year

Calendar is Used for Calculating: Correct hours in a pay period Correct hourly rate for an employee with nonstandard full-time hours per day Correct hourly rate for an employee with a nonstandard work week

Calendar is Used for Calculating (cont.): Actual hours or days for DRS for contracted employees Monthly buckets to record salary and employer costs for Salary Forecasting for contracted employees

Hours Used for Calculating Sick leave buyout amounts for faculty Liability amounts for leave liability reports LWOP date adjustment reports Staff Months
