In doing so we need to demonstrate our commitment to the change Managing Attention: the amount of time, energy and focus we dedicate to the change adds up to the Attention. Adopting Change Roles, sorting out change roles (Sponsors, Champions and Action Team Leaders) and identifying missing elements of effective change leadership. Demonstrate Personal Competence in the change - how you are putting it in place. Leading Change … A Model
