Intuitive Feeling Teacher (NF) Creates innovative, flexible atmosphere Uses many resources Challenges students through enrichment activities Concerned about students as persons High levels of empathy to create learning Provides rich learning experiences based on trust Purpose of Learning: Develop whole child

Intuitive Thinking Teacher (NT) Oriented to ideas, theories, concepts and rational thought Appreciates intellectually mature students Conducts class with open discussion Learning comes from student’s questioning and responses Uses wide array of materials/resources Purpose of Learning: Acquisition of knowledge and development of intellect
