Essential information on the subject of foster care in Poland

Act of 25 February 1964, Family and Guardianship Code..."placement of a child in foster care may take place only if all other forms of help offered to the parents of the child, mentioned in the regulations on family support and foster care system, become exhausted, unless the well-being of the child requires immediate provision of foster care" Act of 09 June 2011 on family support and foster care system
