 Communicating with parents – involve them right from the beginning by asking them their hopes and aspiration for their child/ren.  Use Saskatoon Open Door Society settlement workers and its programs; Pakistan Canada Cultural Association of Canada and the Ahmadiyya Community in Saskatoon  Cultural responsiveness in teaching – equitable outcome  Every case is unique – empathy, sensitivity, flexibility
