Name:Rebecca Hoholski Subject:Digital Photography Grade Level & Age:Post-secondary and/or Adult learner, age 18 and up Topic Description:In Module One students will learn about the flow of the course, craft and post their introduction, create a Flickr account, learn how a digital single lens reflex (DSLR) camera works, and to begin taking photographs. Learning Theories:The theories that support the instructional strategy include constructivist, connectivism, and project-based learning. Lesson Title:Module One – Introduction & Getting Started + Components & Mechanics of DSLR Cameras Learning Objectives for Module One: Learners will demonstrate knowledge of the mechanics, internal components, and camera settings. Learners will experiment with, recall, and recognize DSLR camera settings including f-stops, ISO, depth of field, aperture, and shutter speed through a quiz and image assignment. Learners will construct an online photo gallery using Flickr.

Module 1: Introduction & Getting Started + Components & Mechanics of DSLR Cameras Instructor: Rebecca Hoholski
