 the RYE D2040 Camp Officer coordinates the programs of all camps in the District territory; intercamp team meetings are organized from October till May  District Camps invitations are sent together to the foreign Districts, under the D2040 Camp Officer control  Camps have same starting date and duration : two weeks, beginning on early July  Picking up service on arrival and departure is coordinated with an intercamp agreement  Intercamp gathering is welcomed, according to each individual program : common activities are forecasted  A final intercamp evening feast is organized
