Recruiting Placement Database (RPD) Engineering & Researcher are both using the RPD this year Dedicated RPD Specialist –Abby Johnson.a.38 - Engineering –Surya Medepalli.s – Researcher Information Needed –Date contacted –DayVisit date –Offer date –Decision date
Look at “Available” Candidates RPD Report Distribution Timing –COB Tuesday & Friday - Engineering –COB Wednesday – Researcher Candidate Selection –Requests via ONLY at 9:00am the following day –Only 2 each (2 FT, 2 Intern, 2 Co-op) Per Request – Days to contact to schedule day visit 2 Weeks to complete day visit 2 Weeks for candidate decision Recruiting Placement Database (RPD)
Candidate Selection (continued) –Once contact with released candidates is made and communicated with Talent Supply more candidates can be released Pre-empt Candidates – a candidate that is immediately released to a BU. –Only allowed 2 per School Team per function (if accepted) –Make sure to communicate pre-empts to Talent Supply –Does not count against 2 Candidate Request Limit Recruiting Placement Database (RPD)

RPD Next Steps After submitting Request form, you will receive an confirming release of the candidate to your organization Contact the candidate within two business days to schedule a day visit. Inform RPD Co-op of the Day Visit date.
Offer Letters Work Salary with Recruiting Specialist Coordinators have access to Taleo to send offer letters via the database
