God Commands love

The LORD has put on my heart something I am lacking LOVE (ME) I see many the LORD has called and equipped (ME) not bearing this fruit in full measure. This video was made for ALL OF US

Love is a choice Love is a fruit! The result of choosing to be led by the Holy Spirit.

put on love Col 3:14 - But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection Love is the highest attainment of godliness

2 Peter 1 - add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love Following Jesus, starts with FAITH and ends with LOVE

L O V E IS A COMMANDMENT OF JESUS

Love one another John 13 - A new command I give you: Love one another ! As I have loved you, so you must love one another There is more than 10 commandments

This NEW COMMANMENT did not do away with these 10 whatsoever. But it did greatly simplify what following Jesus and obedience means

When we love like Jesus We instinctively obey all His commandments DO ONE THING

Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law? Love the Lord your God with ALL your heart and with ALL your soul and with ALL your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: LOVE your neighbor as yourself. ALL the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments

Love is at the center of any walk of holiness. Too many of us have fallen victim to pride and have become evil judgers of hearts. We must return to our first love and love as JESUS loves us.

ROYAL LAW It is called the ROYAL LAW “LOVE”

James 2:8 If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you do well

this is THE LAW Matthew 7:12 In everything, therefore, treat people the same way you want them to treat you, for this is THE LAW and the Prophets. WWJD?

love is the fulfillment of the law Romans 13:10 - Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law

Are you fulfilling the law of Christ? Romans 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law.

This is love! When we were still sinners, Christ died for us

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life John 3:16

Love is helping others in their time of need faith without works is dead James 2 - faith without works is dead LOVE

John 15:13 Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends Are you a friend of Jesus? He died and then we die to self

John 13 - Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another's feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you.

Love is snatching our brothers from the flames of hell With the truth about sin and the gospel

James 5 - Brethren, if anyone among you wanders from the truth, and someone turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul

1 Tim 5 - Those who continue in sin, rebuke in the presence of all, so that the rest also will be fearful of sinning A God Kind of LOVE

Without LOVE Our testimony to others is nothing but a clanging cymbal

If we are not patient, we shut their ears to hearing the truth If we brag or are arrogant we might as well be banging a gong

Love is kind and gentle. If we do not show kindness, we have not the Love of the Father in us Love endures trials and suffering. It does not change who we are in Christ We still LOVE

1 John 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments ; and His commandments are not burdensome If we love God, we will love others and we will be obeying His commandments

Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves is born of God Remember

We reap what we sow You want love, GIVE LOVE!

If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love
