How does the Impeachment process work? O House of Representatives investigates the crime and formally accuses by a quorum O Senate holds the trial with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in charge of the trial O Senate votes on the verdict to remove the person from office. They must have 2/3 of the Senate agree to remove them from office.
