Europe etc ‘Unaware’ of implications of introducing BCSP Long symptomatic waiting lists, poor colonoscopy performance Necessitated Modernisation Agency Endoscopy Project Mike Richards funded National Endoscopy Training Programme from English Cancer Plan (£10.2M promised)
