 S: Physical activity and what are the benefits.  T: The topic would be on the benefits of being active in physical activity.  O: I would want my students to get out of this lesson plan is that what the benefits of being active has for them and what disease they can prevent. The standard I would be using is identify that healthy behaviors impact personal health.  P:I would have the substitute teacher go through this Power Point  E: I would have a test/quiz for my students to take after we are through with the chapter.  M: I would need have skeleton notes for my students to fill in when I go through the Power Point.

 The brain is only 2% of the body weight, but it takes up to 20% of the body oxygen if the body stands still for to long the brain function slows down because it isn’t getting enough oxygen.  Brain development is directly related to movement it helps create synapses and neural connections. Back
