CIAMBELLA DELLA DOMENICA Sunday pie
Ingredienti - Ingredients 300 gr. di farina(flour) 250 gr.di zucchero(sugar) 3uova(eggs) 100 gr.di burro(butter) Latte,quanto basta(milk, as much as needed ) 1 bustinadi lievitobag of baking powder (16 gr.) 50 gr.di pinoli(pine-seed) 3 cucchiaidi cacao amaro(spoons of bitter cacao)
MIX TOGETHER FLOUR, SUGAR, MILK, EGGS (one at a time), BUTTER, AND ADD A HALF OF PINE-SEEDS
TAKE APART ONE HALF OF THE DOUGH AND ADD CACAO POWDER WITH MILK.
Pour first the yellow half dough into a baking pan and then the brown one (with cacao).
STREW THE REST OF PINE-SEEDS ON THE PIE AS A TOPPING
BAKE IN A HOT OVEN (180 °C) FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES
