About the Company EnviroGLAS is a Texas based company who specializes in converting post- consumer and industrial bound for landfills into a sustainable glass terrazzo. In 2002 the city of Plano, Texas had an over abundance of crushed recycled glass so they mixed it with an apoxy resin. This flooring is now found in numerous buildings in Texas and is expanding quickly. Tim Whaley, the Principal of EnviroGLAS, estimates that the company has diverted close to one million pounds of glass from landfills in EnviroGLAS is a privately owned profitable company. EnviroTRAZ Meets all the concerns about cost-efficiency, maintenance, durability, aesthetics and health/safety issues. Brings terrazzo into the 21st century. Combines lightweight epoxy resin with multi-colored glass chips from discarded bottles, mirrors and plate windows. It is harder than traditional marble terrazzo. Ideal for long-term use. It will last the lifetime of the building (Typically up to 40 years without refinishing) It is one of the easiest floors to maintain. Glass has no porosity so a sealer is not required. EnviroTRAZ offers total color customization and endless design possibilities. When light hits the surface, each translucent glass piece shimmers. Maintenance is the most expensive factor in the finish of a floor. Because it requires very little maintenance it only costs are $1 per square foot. Cured EviroTRAZ is inert (not chemically active) so it offers excellent indoor air quality. It is seamless because it is poured into place and no grout is involved, therefore mold and mildew are not an issue.

EnviroSCAPE Newest trend in decorative, eco-friendly, sustainable landscapign Recycled glass and porcelain aggregates come in a range of sizes and virtually no sharp edges. Texture of natural sand but is made from old glass bottles, mirrors, and windows. Glass mulch and porcelain help reduce weeds, moderate soil temperatures, and prevent soil from becoming compacted. Glass mulch does not absorb water like wood mulch, so the water goes straight to the plants, conserving water. Can also be used for aquariums, fish ponds, golf course sand traps, Beaches, and Construction dust control.
