EnviroTRAZ Meets all the concerns about cost-efficiency, maintenance, durability, aesthetics and health/safety issues. Brings terrazzo into the 21st century. Combines lightweight epoxy resin with multi-colored glass chips from discarded bottles, mirrors and plate windows. It is harder than traditional marble terrazzo. Ideal for long-term use. It will last the lifetime of the building (Typically up to 40 years without refinishing) It is one of the easiest floors to maintain. Glass has no porosity so a sealer is not required. EnviroTRAZ offers total color customization and endless design possibilities. When light hits the surface, each translucent glass piece shimmers. Maintenance is the most expensive factor in the finish of a floor. Because it requires very little maintenance it only costs are $1 per square foot. Cured EviroTRAZ is inert (not chemically active) so it offers excellent indoor air quality. It is seamless because it is poured into place and no grout is involved, therefore mold and mildew are not an issue.
