Isabella Cervantes Caesars Palace 257 Palace Dr. Las Vegas, NV 87551   Dear Ms. Isabella Cervantes, I would like to know if Caesar’s Palace can accommodate for an estimate of 80 rooms or so and 3 conference room, for either April 20-24, or July 10-14? After taking a look at your website, I have noticed that the dates above are off season and have many rooms that would accommodate our large party. I have also noticed very positive reviews about the large facility. I would like to know more information on: -Pricing. Are there any discounts for off peak large accommodations? -What entertainment facilities are available? -Could Caesars accommodate for a banquet of 125 people? -What kinds of conference facilities are available, and how many people do they seat? Software.com would be pleased to have our stay at such a grand hotel. A response by December 1 would be greatly appreciated, as we will need to plan for accommodations accordingly. Thank you in advance, Roxana Rodriguez Marketing Manager Software.com

University of Nevada Association of Student Organization 123 Main street Las Vegas, Nevada 34567 December 10, 2009   Ms. Suze Orman P.O. Box 4502 New York, New York 10014   Dear Ms. Suze Orman,   As an Internationally acclaimed financial expert, your visiting our University of Nevada campus would be such an honor! Author of the popular Money Book for the Young, Fabulous & Broke, our Associated Student Organization have concluded that there would be no one better to visit our campus and give a speech at our special graduation convocation than you. A personal financial expert, we feel that you would provide essential and critical information on how to control money spending and survival on a small income, for our graduates about to enter the real world. Most expert opinions show that the majority of college graduates do not know much about how to handle basic finances. We would like to offer you a 1,000 honorarium and the exposure to students looking on how to gain valuable insights for how to handle finances. We are aware that you have visited college campuses nationwide, and would like to have The Money Book for the Young, Fabulous & Broke available for sale to those interested at the end of the speech.
