SOFT TISSUE INJURIES Injuries to muscles, ligaments and tendons are often sport or activity related SPRAIN This is an injury to the ligaments surrounding a joint, possibly caused by overstretching or a sudden twisting movement RECOGNITION Pain Swelling Bruising Inflammation of the surrounding area.
