Team Timeline Team formed in January 2008 – Charged with responding to survey recommendations Created charter – Clarified mission and goals

Team Timeline Defined Recognition – Created inventory of current recognition activities

Team Timeline Correlated each activity in the inventory to ASR Values – This became the ASR Recognition Activities Calendar

Team Timeline Values are behavior-based; therefore they can be observed Decision to utilize ASR values to guide recognition recommendations – Developed ‘Recognition Guidelines for Supervisors’, correlating ASR Values with definition of recognition

Team Timeline Wrote creative brief to guide and evaluate team’s recommendations Brainstormed and examined survey results for possible forms of recognition

Future of Recognition Team Phase 1 – Need Directors’ recommendations and approval for Phase 1

Future of Recognition Team Phase 2 – Phase 1 Rollout Ordering and preparation of all materials Preparation of rollout meeting presentation Delivery of presentation

Future of Recognition Team Phase 2 – Ongoing presence at each Supervisors’ meeting to provide forum for inspiration and encouragement regarding recognition activites – Continue to tackle recognition issues and support recommendations, which emerge from annual staff survey
