Time Management Muskrat 2.0 Mrs. Dusenberry

Time Managment Time management is important to be effective learners. If you are able to figure out a method that works for you now, you will use it into adulthood. Effective time management can prevent stressful situations by breaking tasks into manageable parts.

E2020 One of the most important aspects of e2020 courses is time management. The program itself has an “assignment calendar” to help you stay on track with your class or classes. You are not able to use the assignment calendar if you have not decided what part of your day you are setting aside to work on course work.

Project In this project you will read two of the articles found in the links on the next page. After reading the articles fill in the Time Management Journal following the first link on the “articles” slide. Save this page to put into your project. After reading the articles and completing the journal, decide on one time management strategy you would like to try or are currently trying. –ie. Monthly calendar of tasks with daily tasks list – MP3/Ipod calendar with weekly tasks list – blank calendar from Microsoft Word with daily time break down

Calendars One place you could decide to keep a calendar is on your phone or MP3/IPod. Many phones now have the capability to set reminders and alarms to help you remember what you have to do and when.

Daily Lists If you need a list for your day, one place you could keep one is on your phone or MP3/IPod player. Many allow you to keep a list on which you can cross things off when it is complete.
