Reading as a writer … is very important. will help you as you write. will model good writing.

My Favorite Book My favorite book when I was in middle school was The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton. It’s a story about a boy named Ponyboy, his family and his gang. It’s considered one of the first YA novels ever written.
