Wednesday Mid-Day Meditation (Held downstairs in the WBH Quiet Atrium) Restore, renew and revitalize with 20 Minutes of guided meditation and gentle seated yoga postures. Please arrive on time to enjoy the full benefits and to ensure the tranquility of this experience. Class space may be limited so please arrive early. No equipment needed. (Free/No charge) Prenatal Yoga This 50 min class emphasizes gentle yoga poses and relaxation techniques to prepare the body and mind for a joyful experience during pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond. Pre-registration required: Series of 5 classes for $40.00 Restorative Yoga with Reiki In this class you will be guided into Restorative Yoga postures while receiving Reiki healing energy to facilitate a deep state of relaxation. $12 Private Therapeutic Yoga Session A 50-minute sessions provides you with personalized guidance and practice.
