 Leather workers used heavy buckskin aprons.  Butcher's also use aprons.  Laborers  Working man wore different things.  Doctors wore black or dark suits.  Farmers wore broad hats long loose linen shirt woolen breeches and leather shoes in plain shirt and breeches.

 linen and cotton in summer  wool during the winter  always wore an apron  the most used head covering was the mobcap  Day or camp dresses are commonly worn for girls who are twelve and up.  the dress is used to work and also used for every day life.

 shoes back then usually came in the colors pink, cream, and yellow.  they women wore steep toes with an inch thick high heel.  the shoes each had a unique design.  the men wore black or brown shoes with a gold or yellow buckle in the middle.  the girls wore similar shoes to the women except the heel was 1/2 inch smaller.
